Welcome to Snows Down Low, your Christian snow goose hunting outfitter in Southeast Nebraska. We’re blessed to offer an exceptional hunting experience that combines our love for the outdoors with our faith and values.
At Snows Down Low, we believe in stewarding God’s creation while enjoying the bounty He has provided. Our guided hunts are designed to offer a perfect blend of comfort, quality, and value, all while fostering an atmosphere of fellowship and appreciation for His handiwork. We welcome hunters of all ages and experience levels, making our outings family-friendly and inclusive.
Our hunts feature comfortable heated blinds, a large spread of high-quality decoys, custom-built motion decoys, and state-of-the-art electronic calling systems. We’re fortunate to be located between the Squaw Creek NWR in northwest Missouri and Central Nebraska’s Rainwater Basin, providing a serene and undisturbed environment for pursuing snow geese.
Our expert guides not only ensure a safe, memorable, and successful outing but also lead by example in ethical hunting practices and respect for the environment. We begin each hunt with a brief prayer, thanking the Lord for His blessings and asking for guidance and safety throughout our day.

2025 Dates:
Season opens Feb. 10. We’ll hunt as early as Feb. 10 if conditions allow. We’ll run through mid-March as conditions allow.
2025 Rates:
Day Hunt: $200 (hunt until about lunchtime)
Full Day Rate: $300
3-Day Hunt: $850
Group: Minimum 1, maximum 8. Six hunters is a private blind.
Shotgun Rental: $50 per day (semi-automatic 12 gauge)
Meals: We serve a hot breakfast in the blind.
Lunch will generally be a warm meal in the blind, break for lunch at the shop, or a local restaurant.
Lodging: Not included. Hotels are primarily in Beatrice, NE.

Non-Resident Hunt (Small Game + Waterfowl)

- Annual: $109 (our 3-day hunt rate is $850, saving you $50 for the 3 days compared to the daily rate)
