We ship all tangible products. Virtual products are available via download only.
When do you ship?
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the United States and Canada.
How do you ship?
Most lightweight orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Heavy, bulky, and higher-value orders are shipped via UPS.
How to track an order that’s been shipped?
You will receive tracking information in an order update email at the time your order is processed and ready for shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Hard Goods Return Policy
We accept returns of items due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Sound/audio products cannot be returned unless defective, and are subject to inspection before a credit is issued.
Soft Goods Return Policy (hats, shirts, hoodies, etc.)
We accept returns of apparel in clean, new condition and will issue a refund upon inspection. If an apparel item is defective, please send information about the problem and we’ll address that on a case-by-case basis whether to have the item returned and replace or if we would just send out a replacement. Please note that abuse and normal wear and tear is not covered.
Items must be returned to our facility in Nebraska. Please contact us for further details and to make return arrangements.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Upon receipt of the item at our facility, items will be inspected and if determined to be defective, we will issue a credit to your payment method within 3 business days.
