Orders are usually shipped within one business day.

We ship to the United States and Canada.
How do you ship?
Most lightweight orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Heavy and high-value orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx with insurance.
How to track an order that’s been shipped?
You will receive tracking information in an order update email at the time your order is processed and ready for shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
We accept the return of defective products due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Sound/audio products cannot be returned unless defective, and are subject to inspection before a credit is issued.
Items must be returned to our facility in Nebraska. Please contact us for further details and to make return arrangements.
Original shipping rates are non-refundable. Customer pays for return shipping.
Upon receipt of the item at our facility, the item will be inspected and if determined to be defective, we will issue a credit to your payment method within 3 business days.
